Cancellation and Refund

At MockTestHero.com, we believe in supporting our customers as much as possible and therefore follow a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2–3 days of placing the order.
  • However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, dispatched, or communicated to vendors/merchants for shipping.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Orders for perishable or consumable products (e.g., flowers, eatables, etc.) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Refunds or replacements for such items will only be issued if the customer proves that the delivered product was of unsatisfactory quality.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify our Customer Service team within 2–3 days of delivery.
  • The request will be processed only after the merchant/vendor has verified and confirmed the issue.

4. Product Mismatch or Quality Issues

  • If you believe that the product you received is different from what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service within 2–3 days of receipt.
  • After reviewing your complaint, our Customer Service team will determine the appropriate resolution (replacement, exchange, or refund).

5. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

  • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, complaints should be directed to the respective manufacturer as per their warranty policy.

6. Refund Process

  • In cases where a refund is approved by MockTestHero.com, it may take 3–4 business days for the amount to be processed and credited to the customer’s account.
